Michael received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Slavic Language and Literature from Indiana University in 2008. In 2014, he completed an internship at Higdon Law through Ivy Tech Community College’s paralegal program before coming to work here. He received his A.A.S. in paralegal studies in 2015, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Higdon Law frequently partners with the Indiana University School of Law to allow students to get hands on experience working in the field of criminal defense while completing internships/externships.
Hannah Kahn is originally from St. Louis, Missouri. She attended the University of Miami in Miami, Florida, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology in 2013. She is currently a 3L at Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
Hannah is very passionate about criminal defense. She interned at a prestigious criminal defense firm in St. Louis the summer after her 1L year of law school and has worked at Higdon Law as a Certified Legal Intern since the beginning of her 2L year. She is also an exceptional legal writer, earning an award for the highest grade in her Legal Research and Writing course as well as receiving Brief Writing Honors in the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition.
